Job Summary

A non-profit network of travel service providers serving the U.S. and Canada needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Dispatcher in Providence.

Must be able to:

• Receive road service request information from Member Service Counselors
• Process all information available and determine type of service needed
• Monitor computer screens to maintain continual awareness of overall status of resource availability and current deployment

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 years call center experience
• Customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and identify alternatives
• Communication skills
• Time management and multitasking skills
