A health information management company has a current position open for a Remote Dispute Resolution Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting due diligence to assist with the analysis and preparation of arbitration packages
• Preparing written analyses of disputed provider/health plan positions
• Working with other departments to develop or obtain information necessary for the submission of IDR packages

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2 years' experience in healthcare operations
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, analytical and independent decision-making skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet associated timelines
