Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dispute Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee disputes team member actions during the dispute process
- Act as an authority in collaborative decision making pertaining to individual customer dispute claims
- Address team member performance concerns, and celebrate successes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Basic knowledge of payment processing and banking compliance
- 1-2 years experience in Disputes, Chargebacks, or Fraud Operations
- OR 1-2 years of leadership experience in a similar role at a financial institution
- A procedural thinker with good judgement on complex scenarios
