Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Disputes Inbound representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to account inquiries and assist cardholders through the disputes process for fraud claim investigations
  • Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a high volume call center
  • Minimum one year of recent Contact Center/ Work from Home Contact experience in the last 18 months
  • Ability to deescalate situations with customers while explaining the situation
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Availability to work mid-shifts to late shifts with two consecutive days off during the week
