Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Disputes Inbound representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to account inquiries and assist cardholders through the disputes process for fraud claim investigations
- Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high volume call center
- Minimum one year of recent Contact Center/ Work from Home Contact experience in the last 18 months
- Ability to deescalate situations with customers while explaining the situation
- Intermediate computer skills
- Availability to work mid-shifts to late shifts with two consecutive days off during the week
