Job Summary
A credit union service organization is filling a position for a Remote Disputes Resolution Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply critical thinking skills to identify and resolve inquiries originating from members and credit union daily
- Manage volume, work queues and reassign or escalate cases where appropriate to maintain departmental and contractual SLA’s, while providing outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Education or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Two (2) years customer service experience
- Ability and willingness to keep webcam on when required for training or other business needs
