Job Summary
A tele-therapy provider has an open position for a Remote Distance Learning Speech Language Pathologist in Portage.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing direct therapy services and evaluations in compliance with the student's IEP
- Providing timely documentation of therapy sessions, IEPs, evaluation reports and progress reports
- Providing case management services including scheduling, preparing for, and conducting IEP meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Licensed Indiana SLP
- School-based working experience
