Job Summary

An agriculture start-up company is seeking a Remote Distinguished Data Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Collaborating with scientists from multiple domains in solution/experiment design and analysis
• Leading the development, prototyping, and implementation of data pipelines and software solutions
• Defining and executing your vision for data science strategy

Required Skills:

• Advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant, post-graduate work experience
• Experience in strategy development and strategic leadership in R&D and/or business environments
• Understanding of computational learning theory, information theory, applied statistics, and machine learning
• Expert programming skills in at least one general purpose programming language
• Deep experience with ML/DL and AI architectures
• Expertise in numerical methods, mathematical modeling and combinatorial optimization techniques
