Job Summary

A nonprofit has an open position for a Remote Diversity and Equity and Inclusion Programs Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own overall management of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) program
  • Define metrics
  • Use influence to drive engagement and accountability for the organization’s culture and EEID proposition

Qualifications Include:

  • 6+ years business experience
  • 4 years full-time, progressive DE&I experience, designing, executing and reporting on DE&I programs
  • Demonstrated history designing and deploying data-driven, global DE&I programs
  • Demonstrated history of project/program management skills
  • Experience with facilitation and internal/external presenting
