A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Diversity and Equity Officer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partner to implement specific enterprise diversity objectives
- Identify, develop & foster relationships with relevant external organizations
- Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to team members
Position Requirements Include:
- Advanced Degree in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Sociology, Public Policy
- 10+ years of combined experience in entrepreneurial organizations in roles with significant change influence
- 8+ years of hands on experience with planning, designing, delivering diversity and inclusion programs in complex environments
- Demonstrated success in project and program management with external agencies / partners
- Demonstrated experience in building inclusion programs and processes that cross internal and external environments
