Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review current practices and policies
- Actively research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies
- Manage the D&I program
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Three years specializing in diversity programs
- Track record of leadership in diversity, inclusion, and equity practices
- Excel at building strong working relationships with multidisciplinary groups
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong project management experience with a proven ability to meet deadlines
