Job Summary

A provisioner of scientific instrumentation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Regularly measuring and analyzing D&I strategic programs, priorities and initiatives
• Acting as a D&I subject matter expert
• Measuring the impact of diversity, inclusion and equity strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

• BA/BS in business management, business analysis, organizational development, or a related degree
• 10+ years of change management, program management and or other technical analytics-related experience
• 3 years of experience in human resources, D&I, organizational development/org behavior, or talent management work
• A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals
• Analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities
• Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment
