Job Summary
A global crypto finance company is in need of a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Director.
Must be able to:
- Drive the support and engagement of the organizational DEIB initiatives through all levels of the business
- Provide collaborative leadership, facilitation, and implementation of key initiatives
- Manage the span of implementation-related actions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of human resources experience including DEIB, talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development
- Prior experience creating and delivering organization-wide and scalable successful DEIB talent programs
- Proven experience developing trusted relationships at all levels of an organization
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic program management and organization effectiveness skills
