Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and managing an implementation plan for the program
- Building application and selection processes that ensure a diverse candidate pool
- Overseeing marketing and promotion of the program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel when health conditions change
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience with program/project design and planning
- At least 3 years of experience connected to career counseling or workforce development
- Experience with fundraising from foundations or other donors, and business development
- Experience cultivating professional programmatic partnerships
