A hiring consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Hiring Consultant in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing strong relationships with global, regional and country RPO leaders; client D&I program leaders
- Gathering and evaluating a host of past, ongoing and other client, and market practices to find helpful
- Developing continuous improvement, training, reporting and accountability mechanisms to drive continual measurement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or similar
- 3 years’ experience in Diversity Program delivery or management within a large, matrixed organization
- Experience developing accountability measures and standard processes
- Experience identifying and articulating continuous improvement opportunities
- Successful implementation of new processes, to include change management and training team members
- All other requirements necessary for this position
