Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the internal subject matter expert on national and regional trends and developments
- Creating and implementing outcomes-based cultural competency strategy
- Promoting an environment of cultural competence through identification and implementation of culturally-inclusive practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's
- Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
- Demonstrated ability to connect the dots end-to-end and focus on simplifying processes and experiences
- 8 or more years of demonstrated experience in inclusion and diversity
- 2 or more years of experience developing and integrating cultural competence focused programs
- Proven ability to work with highly confidential information
