Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to connect the dots end-to-end and focus on simplifying processes and experiences
  • 8 or more years of demonstrated experience in inclusion and diversity
  • 2 or more years of experience developing and integrating cultural competence focused programs
  • Proven ability to work with highly confidential information
