Job Summary
A financial institution has an open position for a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Assist in building out DEI Change Management approach to behavior and mindset change
- Lead all accolade/award data gathering and application submissions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to increase new hire referrals from the BRGs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise
- At least two years working experience in a Diversity and Inclusion
- Proven track record in the diversity and inclusion space
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
