Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to take a DEI recruiting strategy and drive high quality strategy and execution
- 6+ years of experience recruiting
- Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups
