Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, collecting and analyzing data across the organization
- Guiding the development of overall strategy
- Ensuring supports, tools, and implementation plans are in place
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience conducting DEI Assessments or similar reports for small to medium-sized organizations
- Experience convening staff to collectively create DEI tools and resources
- Extensive knowledge of equity, diversity, inclusion, and human rights principles
