Job Summary
A life insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging in developing effective global programs as well as improve existing processes and create solutions to break down barriers for inclusion and support a great place to work for all
- Advising communications and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Assisting with setting company-wide diversity goals and establish metrics to monitor the progress and performance of all programs and initiatives. Develop insights from talent analytics to advise DE&I initiatives and recommend actions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience, with at least 5+ years working directly within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space
- Successful track record in strengthening inclusion and diversity through proactive recruitment, training, and inspirational change management
- Expertise in the professional discipline of diversity and diversity management as it relates to societally significant differences including, but not limited to, race and ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual-orientation, age, religion, disability, socio-economic status, political affiliation, country of origin, and immigration status
