Job Summary
A technology company that develops a SaaS data integration service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting clear OKRs to help motivate and communicate our strategy and focus
- Helping implement our Global strategy across all of the different departments
- Understanding, communicating, and managing the DEI challenges and opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong understanding of business and HR strategy
- Strong business acumen and ability to link DEI into company objectives
- Ability to take the initiative, and work cross functionally to overcome challenges
- Deep understanding of DEI, and a balanced approach to driving positive change
- Experience liaising with HR driving diversity results
- Demonstrated proficiency in diversity data analysis, linking efforts to return on investment and diversity metrics
