Job Summary
A tech company has an open position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Executive Recruiting Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a point of contact for recruiters to build DEI capability and support DEI strategy expectations
- Partnering with the Executive Recruiting (DEI) Program Manager lead to solve problems and create scalable solutions
- Executing the Executive Recruiting DEI Strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Program Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- 4 years of experience managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and/or programs related to executive recruiting
