Serving as a point of contact for recruiters to build DEI capability and support DEI strategy expectations
Partnering with the Executive Recruiting (DEI) Program Manager lead to solve problems and create scalable solutions
Executing the Executive Recruiting DEI Strategy

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

8 years of experience in Program Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
4 years of experience managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and/or programs related to executive recruiting
