Job Summary
A life sciences company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Head in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building DEI plans aligned with and in support of our business plans
- Auditing existing programs from a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens
- Serving as a resource for all employees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in DEI strategy, program development and change management
- Experience in identifying issues in complex processes and defining solutions
- Ability to design and deploy a long-term strategy and framework
- Ability to build key partnerships with local, and regional organizations
