A healthcare company focused on primary care has a current position open for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion in Director in Bethesda.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining policies and scalable programs to attract, engage, retain, and promote a fair and equitable workplace
- Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Establishing external relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required
- 6+ years experience directly developing, standing up, and leading the strategic planning and execution of diversity programs
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and functions within the organization
- Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships both internally and externally including with culturally and ethnically diverse populations
