Job Summary

A design, development, and manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Partnerships Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with DE&I Center of Excellence, University Relations & Recruiting Programs, and other Recruiting leaders
  • Execute a recruitment strategy with a focus on acquiring diverse talent
  • Measure and Evaluate progress, ensuring accountability and using data to drive decisions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Recruiting Programs, or related field
  • Experience leading or collaborating with Talent Acquisitions teams in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships and work within a team
