Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Manager

Job Summary

A retailer of less-than-perfect produce is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing and delivering the DEI program and events
• Serving as the employee resource group (ERGs) subject matter expert
• Developing processes along with a communications repository, SOPs, etc. required for program rollouts

Qualifications Include:

• Domestic travel as necessary
• Minimum of five (5) years of DEI, HR, or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience working with employee resource groups
• Experience leading programs from ideation, pilot and experimentation
