Job Summary
A social media platform company has a current position open for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure projects and programs align to company Diversity Equity & Inclusion priorities and key research
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion internally and externally
- Lead and support projects when appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7 or more years of experience with project management, recruitment, or operations
- 5+ years of demonstrated Diversity Equity & Inclusion experience, with focus on recruitment of underrepresented talent
- 3+ years of experience translating diversity data and insights into operational plans of action
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion
- Experience partnering with senior leaders of management up to VP level
