Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Regional Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and own the regional DEI strategy
- Lead the DEI function regionally and ownership of regional interventions and initiatives
- Deliver DEI training and providing strategic insights to the senior leadership team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of proven, progressive experience building DEI related programs
- Proven experience developing and implementing global DEI programs
- Skillful in developing race and ethnicity programs
- Ability to see a clear path from a strategic vision into tangible business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of cultural, societal, and legislative contexts across US and Canada
