Job Summary

A global information technology company has an open position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Directing and guiding senior global leadership and HR business partners
• Leading the diversity goal setting process and partners with HR business partners
• Developing diversity recruitment strategies to help increase diversity representation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 6-9 years of relevant experience working in HR, Talent Management, DEI, Learning and Development
• Strong Analytical and reporting skills
• Highly collaborative and a critical problem solver
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills
