Job Summary
An energy producer is in need of a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Senior Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide assistance in the development and implementation of an annual diversity report
- Lead global diversity and inclusion programs
- Support a comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend diversity career fairs and conferences as appropriate
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and analytics
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Bachelor's degree required and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
