Job Summary

A non-profit organization focused on education is filling a position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusiveness Accountability Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overall project management and reporting of DEI plans & reports
  • Planning and preparing reports for org-wide DEI councils/workgroups
  • Strengthening, evaluating and interpreting trends and themes from DEI reporting

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 1-2 times/quarter
  • Bachelor's degree required or 8 years in related work experience
  • 4-6 years of work experience
  • 3 years of experience facilitating learning engagement in live and static virtual spaces
  • Experience in managing complex projects/analyses from start to finish
  • Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
