Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and enhancing BRG membership data, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics
- Leveraging data and knowledge/research of best practices to share meaningful insights
- Developing and executing framework for measuring and celebrating the impact, progress and contributions of DEB and BRG initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related subject area
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing multiple BRGs and implementing diversity and more
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with DEIB Council Members and BRG Leaders
- Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Effective oral, writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly articulate and reinforce diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strateg
