Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Managing and enhancing BRG membership data, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics
Leveraging data and knowledge/research of best practices to share meaningful insights
Developing and executing framework for measuring and celebrating the impact, progress and contributions of DEB and BRG initiatives

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related subject area
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing multiple BRGs and implementing diversity and more
Ability to develop strong working relationships with DEIB Council Members and BRG Leaders
Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Effective oral, writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly articulate and reinforce diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strateg
