Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Evaluating how Company Pillar processes, programs, and systems support equitable outcomes
• Working with Recruiting leadership, People Analytics and Recruiting Operations team
• Using a data-driven approach to make recommendations and drive to results

Qualifications Include:

• Have experience advising executives, senior leadership, and building trust-based, cross-functional relationships and effectively communicating to global audiences
• Have a passion for driving change to make the workplace and the tech industry
• Have experience spearheading, managing and executing on company-wide, global D,I&B strategies with strong project management, facilitation, influencing, and data-driven decision making skills
