Job Summary

A social networking company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Inclusion and Belonging Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing our existing, internal Women in Product and Black PM programs
• Influencing & managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Creatively identifying new opportunities for DI&B efforts to impact the growth

Qualifications for this position include:

• 4+ years experience in program or project management (or equivalent experience)
• Experience evaluating programs data to understand trends & support decision making
• Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity
• Experience influencing & driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base
• Expertise in DI&B program design & development, with significant cross-functional engagement
