Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Diversity National Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Observing and analyzing diversity related trends and patterns
- Partnering with VP Diversity and Diversity Team in jointly leading the Diversity Programs
- Building trusting relationships with various diversity constituent groups
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend and Participate fully in Diversity Department team meetings and training
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 plus years supervisory experience
