Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Diversity Program Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion
- Manage and analyze DEIB metrics and data to create meaningful reporting at the board level
- Act as liaison between various departments and project teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of corporate business experience in the area of talent programs
- 3+ years' project management experience in the diversity and inclusion space
- Experience with organizational development and establishing processes
- Demonstrated experience researching, designing, developing, and delivering DEIB programs and initiatives
