Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of equitable hiring plans
- Source diverse pools of candidates through multiple channels/platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruiting
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years non-technical full-cycle recruiting experience or 1+ years of technical full cycle recruiting
- Professional experience and personal alignment with diversity equity and inclusion values
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- An eye and prioritization for candidate experience
