Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Recruitment and Partnerships Consultant in Madison.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and executing research and sourcing strategies
• Building and managing an overall portfolio and recruitment plan
• Building and managing partnerships with external partners and universities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Attend, host and travel to diversity-focused conferences, events, and meetings
• Demonstrated experience delivering customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Demonstrated experience working with leaders to understand business strategies
• Demonstrated experience counseling and consulting to guide strategic business decisions
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions and develop recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a program leadership role
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing recruiting and or community-related events
