Job Summary

A global science and technology manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying top sources for diverse talent, including events, organizations, job boards, websites, industry networking associates
• Researching new technologies and evaluating their effectiveness
• Partnering with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professionals as a consultant

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another language strongly preferred
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Recruitment or Executive Search in a global, fast-paced Fortune 500 company, Consulting Firm, or Industrial / Manufacturing
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills across digital media including video, Microsoft Teams chat, email, and phone with leaders and individual contributors
• Great interpersonal skills
