Job Summary

A company that provides advanced IT solutions for medical service providers is filling a position for a Remote Diversity Sourcer .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Sourcing quality candidates from underrepresented communities through database prospect lists, job postings, referrals, and general applicants
• Submiting qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition team in a timely manner
• Developing trust and maintain positive relationships with candidates by setting realistic expectations and coaching for success throughout process

Qualifications for this position include:

• At least one year of Recruiting/Sourcing experience.
