Job Summary
A data management company is seeking a Remote Diversity Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source, network with and proactively reach out to minorities, female candidates, people with disabilities
- Craft job descriptions, interview questions and other hiring material that contain non-biased language
- Mentor hiring managers on how to evaluate candidates objectively
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with various interviewing techniques: phone, video and in-person
- Experience in sourcing passive candidates via tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven success in working in and adapting to a fast-paced organization
- Hands-on experience designing company policies like anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity
- Proven experience as a recruiter
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
