Remote DME Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative DME Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities
• Reconcile account balances and pursue payments or denials
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• 1 year of experience in Patient Financial Services - Collections and Accounts Receivable in healthcare
• Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance industry processes
• Strong knowledge in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
