Job Summary
A software and recruitment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Doc Drawer in Burlingame.
Must be able to:
- Provide the best, quickest and most efficient service to our internal and external clients
- Effectively communicate status and expectations to processors, loan originators, escrow/title, etc
- Analyze credit package/loan docs for accuracy
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years current experience as a Doc Drawer
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional Guidelines
- Must be TRID compliant
- A sense of urgency and importance is required at all times
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
- High-level math aptitude
