Job Summary

An institute for higher education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Document Intake Coordinator in Syracuse.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing and accepting a high volume of required financial aid documents
  • Individually recording documents in Peoplesoft system
  • Sending electronic communications to students with specific instructions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required
  • Strong technical skills
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in Financial Aid
  • Familiarity with tax forms.
