Job Summary
An institute for higher education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Document Intake Coordinator in Syracuse.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing and accepting a high volume of required financial aid documents
- Individually recording documents in Peoplesoft system
- Sending electronic communications to students with specific instructions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required
- Strong technical skills
- Minimum two years’ experience working in Financial Aid
- Familiarity with tax forms.
