Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Document Operations Plan Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing plan documents, summary plan descriptions, amendments and funding documents
- Researching specific client plan design/compliance situations as assigned
- Developing plan filing packages for IRS determination letters
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education/experience
- Two years of pension/retirement plan experience or relevant financial services experience
- Knowledge of plan regulations and plan documents
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
