Job Summary
An outsourced legal services company has a current position open for a Remote Document Review Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in leading teams of five to 50 or more of project-based attorney reviewers
- Provide a positive work experience, and ensure the quality of those teams’ work product
- Consider your work an act of hospitality, not an obligation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years of Team Lead review management experience
- Prior extensive experience managing and leading teams of document review attorneys
- Relativity workspace proficiency, including complex searches, workflow setup, monitoring output, and reporting
- Minimum 1-year quality control experience on recent managed review projects
- Extensive experience with multiple review platforms and analytics tools
- Must have an active law license in good standing in any US jurisdiction
