Job Summary
A banking institution has a current position open for a Remote Documentation and Compliance Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating warehouse lending contracts and other legal documents
- Scanning and uploading executed documentation and support material
- Working with various reports and spreadsheets to track the process of contracts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year administrative support experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction
