Job Summary
An information technology services company has an open position for a Remote Documentation and Training Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Research product features, functionality, and changes to determine scope of edits for assigned areas of documentation
- Write clear, concise documentation based on feature-requirement specifications
- Revise documentation and training content
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be willing to travel
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar occupation
- Good organization and time management skills; self-starter and able to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
