Job Summary
a healthcare technology and services company is in need of a Remote Documentation Lead and Technical Writer in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with functional stakeholders to document important cross-functional processes
- Staying on top of product, working closely with product marketing team and programs
- Managing and organizing creation and curation of process documentation across the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, knowledge management, internal communications, or a related position
- Associates degree minimum
- Comfortability working in an ambiguous environment
