Job Summary

A defense contracting firm is filling a position for a Remote DoD Capture Executive Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing strategic direction and leadership
• Developing comprehensive and compelling solutions
• Supporting qualification of new business opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Track record of successful capturing and winning multiple  >$100M new business opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to lead/execute disciplined capture efforts for large and/or complex captures
• Organized, aggressive, and highly-skilled professional with proven success in selling
• Experience with customer relationship management and opportunity tracking
