Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Donor Communities and Engagement Managing Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Setting short and long-term vision and direction for donor communities
• Overseeing the planning process for all national and regional development events
• Engaging donor communities to support development efforts across the enterprise

Required Skills:

• 3-4 trips per quarter for team meetings and site visits
• 8 years of work experience, including 3-5 years in a non-profit development role
• Significant experience in events creation and execution
• Highly motivated, self-starter and problem solver
• Ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong strategic thinking skills
